Ali McLachlan is a Scot raised near London, with a background in graphic design and print marketing. After seminary in Bedfordshire he served as a missionary in the Middle East. He pastored churches in Liverpool and East Ayrshire before becoming the church-planting pastor of Grace. He is married to Caroline with five children.

We believe that eldership is the biblical model for church leadership. Kev Wong is a fellow elder. Kev has served as an elder in Liverpool and works in Christian publishing. He is married to Lucy and has four children.

Christman Ihuoma also serves as an elder, being raised in Essex, having studied here and working as a medical doctor with his wife, Sophie.
