We believe that eldership is the biblical model for church leadership. Gevi Margate is a fellow elder. Gevi has recently completed theological training at Edinburgh Theological Seminary. He is married to Patricia.

Christman Ihuoma also serves as an elder, being raised in Essex, having studied here and working as a medical doctor with his wife, Sophie, and have one child together. 

Kev Wong is a fellow elder. Kev has served as an elder in Liverpool and works in Christian publishing. He is married to Lucy and has four children.
